Creto Næringsmegling is an independent broker with solid expertise in commercial property, law, finance and management – part of the Creto group at Nordre gate 6.

A network built over almost three decades.

The company was founded in 1997 and has built a very strong network over the years – one our clients benefit from. We have a good overview of the commercial properties in and around Trondheim.

The Creto group brings together commercial brokerage, accounting, payroll and HR, financial and legal advice and property management. As a client you get help at every step – from valuation and leasing to contract, settlement, accounts and board work.

We believe in close, personal follow-up. That's why clients come back – and why they follow their broker when the broker moves.

  • Elephant sponsor with WWF

    Elephants are persistent, social and highly intelligent – and they never forget. Creto sponsors elephants through WWF and supports the fight to save these giants.

  • Norwegian Junbesi Group

    The Creto group supports the «Kushudebu Public Health Mission» health centre in Junbesi, Nepal. More than NOK 1 million has been raised – all of it going to the centre.

  • K.U.K. – Kjøpmannsgata Ung Kunst

    A gift to Trondheim, to art and to its people. K.U.K. welcomed more than 80,000 visitors in its first year.
